Free Shipping

All orders ship free within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@velastrips.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@velastrips.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
