30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every VELA product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. No need to send anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@velastrips.com and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out to us.
